Track

So, I am going to do track this upcoming spring. How did this happen? I hate running!

So how I made this decision today during gym class, our thing right now is Track and Field, and today's one was hurdling. Well it turns out I am really good. I can't do the super high ones (yet) but it was fun and I liked it a lot! Usually I cant wait for gym class to be over, but today I liked it so much I kept jumping a little longer than everyone else. I am really excited for Spring! (Although i can wait)

Today

I climbed a tree today. Nothing special, just a short apple tree. But I did do something I always wanted to do since I was little. I got to the highest poin of the tree. My head wasn't peeking out of the top of it like I imagined, I just got to the highest branch that could hold me.

I jiggled up and down and made tiny apples fall off onto my sister and dad. They laughed and so did I. I stood up there looking for a way to get up higher, but there was none. I wasn't sad, I had already acomplished a goal.

Nothing extrodinary, I just wanted you to know, I climbed a tree today.

Band

So, I am officially in marching band. I play the tuba. (euphonium) tonight is my first football game. I am SO excited! I just finished writing in my notes on my flip chart paper. (yes, i cheat)
The thing is, I am not very good at memorizing my notes or anything for that matter, except jingles. (1-800-588-2300 Empire... TODAY) Anyway, wish me luck!

Kittens!!

So as some of you may have known during the move Mariahs cat Max ran away. My parents told us that once we were moved in we could each get a kitten. I was so excited! I have never had a pet bigger than my hand. So now were moved in and a few days ago we got kittens! Two little boys! So here are some pictures of them.
